The following information was posted to Miyazaki mailing list by Andrew Osmond
and Frederic Goetzinger. 

A French dub of Future Boy Conan is being released on video in France. 
IDP, the company that owns the video rights of Conan, usullaly releases series
in both PAL and SECAM, with 4 episodes per tapes. So, it will probably be the
case with Conan.
