Mononoke Hime will be shown in the Festival Internacional de Cine de
Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico International Film Festival). The movie has been
officially anounced as one of the movies to be screened in the festival, but
still the official movie schedule has not been revealed.
The Festival will last from January 26- February 6, 2000. Them the most
popular movies of the event will again be shown until February 10.
The Movies will be shown in the Fine Arts and Metro Theathers in
Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
This film festival has been traditionally focused almost exclusively on
Latin American and European films, plus a couple of independent films from
US. The apperance of Princess Mononoke is teh first time and anim・瘢雹(and
probably animation) film is show in this festival. There will be 70 diferent
films and shorts in total in the festival.
