According to the interview of Mr. Suzuki (the producer of Ghibli) in Kinema
Jumpo, a Japanese movie magazine (No. 1289, currently available in Japan): 

"Kiki" is to be video released in Belgium, Netherlands, and Mexico this
summer. "Kiki" has been theater released in Australia and New Zealand in
last April.
