More US Ghibli Festivals Details
- Crunchyroll has details on the Dallas leg of the GKids US Ghibli tour. Films are showing on January 21st and 22nd and tickets are just $5.
- Details (subs/dubs, showtimes) on the LA portion are at CityOnFire.
- A clip from the UK version of [Arrietty] is at Bleeding Cool. The film opens in US theaters on February 17.
- Miyazaki drew a dragon for Studio Ghibli's New Year's greeting card

Kokuriko French Release Date
Kokuriko Zaka Kara will get a French release as "La Colline aux Coquelicots" (Eng. "The Hill of Poppies")
Note: "Kokuriko" is the Japanese transcription of the French word "Coquelicots" (Poppies).
The French launch is scheduled for January 11th - no word yet on whether it will be dubbed in French or screened in the original version with subtitles.
