Ghibli Park

Ghibli Park is a mostly-outdoor attraction located in Aichi Prefecture, about halfway between Tokyo and Osaka.

It occupies part of the site of World Expo 2005, for which Mei and Satsuki's House (from My Neighbour Totoro ) was originally built.

The wider area is now known as Expo 2005 Aichi Commemmorative Park, or "Moricoro Park", after the mascots "Morizo" and "Kiccoro"


Phase 1 of the park opened in early 2023
