Why are there two Japanese voice actors listed for the character Okina?

Live-action film and TV actor Taeko Chii (地井武男 Chii Taeko?) provided the voice for Okina the bamboo cutter. Chii-san suffered a heart attack and died on 29 June 2012 after completing the recording of his lines for the film. Later in post-production it was determined that the Okina character needed some additional dialog. Film, TV and voice actor Yuji Miyake (三宅裕司 Miyake Yuuji?) was brought in to record the new dialog, and is listed in the translated Japanese credits as "Okina - Special Appearance."
