Why are there two Japanese voice actors listed for the character Okina?

Live-action film and TV actor Taeko Chii (地井武男, Chii Taeko^?) provided the voice for Okina the bamboo cutter. Chii-san suffered a heart attack and died on 29 June 2012 after completing the recording of his lines for the film. Later in post-production it was determined that the Okina character needed some additional dialog. Film, TV and voice actor Yuji Miyake (三宅裕司, Miyake Yuuji^?) was brought in to record the new dialog, and is listed in the translated Japanese credits as "Okina - Special Appearance."
