Arrietty at Ghibli Retrospective

GhibliWorld.com brings word on a special Ghibli retrospective at Melkweg, the popular Amsterdam based music and film venue that normally brings concerts of bands like Coldplay and N*E*R*D. It will be held coming March and will open with the Dutch pre-premiere of "Karigurashi no Arrietty". A part of the original Japanese Studio Ghibli poster collection of GhibliWorld.com editor-in-chief & Twitch writer Peter van der Lugt will be up for display as well.

Ghibli Blu-Ray Pre-orders in UK

Laputa, Castle in the Sky and My Neighbors the Yamadas will be released in the UK on 9th May. The discs are already available for pre-order from various retailers such as Amazon.co.uk

Disney is offering a $10 coupon good towards the upcoming March 8th Blu-ray/DVD combo release of Nausicaa to owners of previously released, eligible, Studio Ghibli DVD & Blu-Ray titles.
